Retail Associate

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products - Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately - Demonstrate product knowledge to customers - Assist with inventory management and restocking - Meet sales goals and targets - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives - Process incoming merchandise and help display -May require getting on a ladder - Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent organizational skills to maintain a neat and tidy sales floor - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience - Familiarity with operating a cash register & credit card terminal accurately - Good phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
